I had a great experience with this Comfort Inn. I used this hotel for my wedding block. They were EXTREMELY accommodating, even offering to let us use the larger banquet room free of charge for the entire weekend! We were able to gather somewhere outside of the hotel rooms to enjoy catching up and eating food and drinks that we brought to enjoy. There was a continental breakfast each morning for guests that wanted it. Arranging a hotel block was extremely easy and the staff was very quick to communicate and respond to emails. The rooms were exactly what we were looking for for our guests. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Poor- care of hotel and customer service. Rooms are moldy. The breakfast server was spraying chemical openly while food and juice were out and over serving spoons and didnt see the problem with it. For what they are charging i would expect a clean room and better facilities. Definitely not a customer friendly front desk staff
Staff is very accommodating and doesn't pry. Hot tub being fixed, but great pool. Also, they're adding elevators so pack light because there are stairs, but they're affordable and constantly updating so really a great value. The assistant manager put fraudulent charges on our card which I had to fight with corporate to get refunded and as a result added us to a ban list. It's like being punished for being honest. They're currently under construction adding an elevator.

The only comments we have regarding our experience at this hotel is nothing but wonderful. We made a trip up to Maryland due to family matters. We didn't want any sketchy motel/hotel, but came across yours in our internet search not going through any travel apps. I must say the staff and accommodations are awesome! Not only will we recommend your hotels and suites, but we will definatly come back to stay with you again!
Poor wifi connection, barely works. Outdated running on G band.... lack of cell service so even if you wanted to hotspot on your phone you cant.. you would think you're in the mountains.. rooms smell like smoke sometimes the tubs back up when you're trying to shower showers also sometimes work... ALL the rooms are outdated. Microwaves are old and crappy. Barely heat anything up refrigerators also outdated and barely work. And there's mold in the bathrooms
