Great raspberry jellies and truffles. I love that they have dog treats and my puppies loved the cute doughnuts available. I had to go back for seconds for them. The staff was very friendly.
Awful staff, abismal chocolates. Of the two girls that served us one was very blatantly rude and even rolled her eyes at us. I spoke politely the whole time and yet still the staff member's attitude remained offensive.
We went into just take a look at the place. It occurred was we live right down the street and we've never been in to really give it a chance. My boyfriend was elated when he saw the giant Jelly Belly beans outside of the shop and that was what got us inside. He was amazed by the variety and amount of options there were and we were immediately greeted by someone that work there. She was friendly and knew exactly what was where and how much it cost. It was really crowded! We finally settled on getting the Bean Boozled game and left. Overall, it was an awkward experience and I think that was due to the fact that I kept flip-flopping on whether or not I wanted to purchase the Bean Boozled game and the representatives really stopped caring at that point because there were so many other customers in the store. It's a really small space! And when there's that many people in there it really does make a difference in the experience, what you see, how you feel...
Thank you North East Chocolates for the amazing Lumiere pretzel sticks! They were perfect for my daughter's Beauty and the Beast bridal shower. Everyone loved them and it received over 1500 likes on the Disney website! Love your store and the excellent customer service!
