Recent renovations, updated aesthetic. Food is as advertised and expected. Service is quick; employees are usually efficient, except during the "Sunday rush." Parking is tricky because the drive-through line runs down the middle of the lot, so you often get stuck waiting for the line to move in order to back out. The demand for certain menu items does not match the supply, that is, they often run out of flavors and syrups, Coolata ingredients, and classically popular donuts like Boston Cream. Oh yeah, they have really great air-conditioning, too.
Bad service inside and the drive thru.
The server was rude to us telling us to "wait a minute" when he needed to look something up, as well as addressing the customers in an uncaring and unprofessional manner. Although the hazelnut frozen coffee was great, the donuts we received were carelessly tossed into a bag together and were very stale and poorly made. It was just an overall bad experience. Probably going to Krispy Kreme from now on.
Wish I could do negative. Years ago got an artificial finger nail in my iced tea. Thought things had improved but the quality is terrible. Bagels cold and often stale. Today they slopped so much butter on one that it melted through the bag and all over my jeans and boots. "They are sorry." Next meal on them...please I had enough of the last one all over me.
