I am a longitime Shelter Cove/Jackson Marine slip holder who is very excited about the commitment from Galahad Marine to make boating in Cecil County even more pleasurable. My husband and i are thrilled that Galahad Marine is making sign I can't improvements to McDaniel Yacht Basin with the goal to do the same at Shelter Cove Yacht Basin.

I don't own a boat, but I did see them completely miss the boat on a request made of them by current renters. As a result, the first impression I got of the place was one of disorganization and confusion.
The North East and Elk Rivers and the head of the Chesapeake Bay provide the most memorable boating landscapes and anchoring opportunities I have experienced. Add to this marina enhancements, special events including "paint and sip," slipowner parties and surveys to provide feedback on service, things to do, etc., and Galahad quickly inspires a desire to reserve a slip so you wont miss out on the fun.
