They do not give the students any homework. And they have the 50% rule in effect.

NEHS is a good school. The teachers care and have a good attitude reflective of good leaderhsip in the administration. The Stem program is excellent and provides better opportunities that demonstrated at nearby private schools that we visited. The athletic facilities need improvement, and detract from the overall school. The athletic programs themselves are generally good, and kids have the opportunities to play very good instate schools. We have two kids in consecutive grades and have liked 90% of their teachers.
