So I just wanted to put out there how disappointed I am with this company right here. So I personally did not get work done by this company however my neighbor across the street just sold his house and the new owners negotiated a new beam be installed on the roof line. My neighbor paid the guy and was suppose to settle on his house on Thursday. My neighbor didn’t settle because the buyers inspector came through and said that the work the he paid to do was never done. Instead of him putting in a new beam he installed (2) 2x4s to cut corners. I was shocked and appalled because I own a business and I would never do anything like this to one of my clients to save a dollar. So neighbor came to my house in tears because of this incident and his entire closing got pushed back because of this. My neighbors are good honest people. They wouldn’t hurt a fly and for this guy to come in there house after getting paid to do a job and try to get over is ridiculous. If anyone needs home improvement done please think twice about choosing this gentlemen here.
The customer service I received was impeccable. I called on a Saturday and left a voicemail, expecting a call back on Monday. I received shortly thereafter that same day. They scheduled to come out Monday. When Will came out, he sat down, discussed all of my options and spent time with me, making sure I had what I needed and did not rush me at all. It was such a pleasant experience. We had one little hiccup, that they addressed quickly and professionally and I was completely impressed and pleased with the quality of work and the superior customer service!
