We rented through RTA for two years. All repairs were made in a timely manner. They were reasonable about requests. We had no issues with service or misunderstandings.

The worst. Dryer never worked properly even after 4 service calls. Master shower leaked from day one causing structural damage. We initially reported this issue when we moved into the property in 2014, as of July 2017 NO repairs made despite over 6 "service calls". Had to stop using the master shower due to floor falling in and mushrooms growing between the shower and sink. I feel terrible for the actual owner of the property. On top of that, comically unpleasant staff. Good riddance.
My family rented a home through Real Trust Realty for two years and were beyond happy with their professionalism . Service requests were fixed in a professional and timely manner. At the end of our two year lease when the owners of the home wanted to sell Jen and Norm seamlessly walked us through the buying process and now we are the proud owners of our home.
As if that weren't enough when I needed a Notary, a year later, to take care of some documents Norm was there to save the day.
We did not get our full deposit back, but the amount that was retained was due to small issues and seemed fair.
Be careful of them. When I gave notice of leaving, they asked me to keep my gas account open so the pipes wouldn't freeze. They let someone move in and left the gas in my name. When I called Norm to ask for help, he did nothing. I am now in collection for $465 worth of gas I did not use. Just as an aside; during my 18 months as a tenant, my water (paid by the management company) was shut off twice for non-payment.
