Straight up communist! Whatever you do avoid Maryland altogether! They fleece the public, without any probable cause you are subject to search. These people forget they are here to protect citizens rights, they seem more geared towards trampling them. Leave this commonwealth (communist) state alone! If you're forced to travel through this state, pray! God will be your only help, as your Bill of Rights and the Constitution don't apply in this state!

Tonight while traveling West to go to dinner in Aberdeen, MD I was pulled over by a state police officer for not changing lanes as I approached the police vehicle on the side of the road. I was not aware that such a law even existed. I want to thank the officer for bringing that to my attention.

On Wednesday, August 31 a friend and I were stopped on I-95 by Officer Lawrence. From the moment she walked up to the car to the moment she left, Officer Lawrence was nothing less than curtious, proffessional and polite. I may also note we were driving in a car with out of state plates and we are both in our early twenties, in some states an easy target. Thank you MSP for a great experience with your law enforcement officers before leaving the state. Proud to be and American

I have since posted the law on facebook to inform all my friends of the law and will pass the information on to everyone. I respect all police officers they work hard and risk their lives every day to keep us safe.. I want to thank the officer for educating me by bringing this law to my attention

I went home and Googled the law to see how it read.

State law requires drivers traveling in the same direction and approaching a stopped emergency vehicle using flashing lights, including tow trucks, to change into a lane not immediately adjacent to the vehicle, if possible, or to slow to a speed safe for weather, road, and traffic conditions.

Constantly arrested for no reason. Always tried without reaonable, nor any evidence necessary. Most of MD is apparently a training grounds for military policing and military tribunals (show trials, on sham charges, with no due process, for the Fourth Reich).

Smh. Hope u don't fit the profile....
