Our entire experience with About Town Limousine for our round-trip airport transport for our Honeymoon was superior to our expectations. The office communicated with us from the moment we booked, until 2 hours before our pickup time. We received a very detailed reminder of our pickup with contact information and our Driver's Name. Our driver Will was AMAZING! He was punctual, professional, and so friendly! We didn't do a thing! He carried our bags the entire way, was willing to make any pit-stops needed. There was a cooler with beverages in our town car for our convenience. The car was clean, had many handy features such as volume and temperature control.
I love Carol and the folks at About Town. We always received courteous and timely service when we used their services to and from the airport when we needed it. They also send a confirmation email so the details of your trip are available to send to other passengers or family members who want your itinerary. FANTASTIC service!

I recently used About Town Limousine for our wedding in the Chesapeake City area. From start to finish, Carol and her team were clear professionals. The car that picked up my wife and her bridesmaids was in pristine condition both on the outside and the inside. Kirsten was an excellent driver, courteous, friendly, well dressed and showed up early for the pickup. The ability to pay the gratuity up front was an excellent option, as it allowed us the opportunity to not have to worry about anything and relax as we were driven from ceremony to reception.
Overall, we could not have asked for anything to be different, and recommend them without hesitation.
