I'm not one to usually write reviews but I really don't understand the bad reviews this place has received. I've been a regular customer to this pizza hut for over 2 years. Dine in, carryout, delivery, I've never been unsatisfied with the service or the food. Once I ordered carryout and one of my pizzas weren't exactly correct. I called the store and the manager had my pizza remade and sent by delivery so I didn't have to bring the kids out to pick the pizza up, very accommodating. I've had staff members help me place an order over the Internet on my phone just so I could get the any pizza $11 special. They don't have the bacon ranch sticks on the menu anymore, but the server will charge me for the bacon on my pizza and have the cook make the bacon ranch sticks for me, I really appreciate that! They do tend to get busy around dinner time but the food is great and having to wait a little longer for my delivery or even my carryout order is worth it, knowing that my meal is going to be fresh, hot and delicious. I love the stuffed crust pizza, pasta is good, wing's are great, salads are fresh, and if there is a problem because things do happen, the staff is friendly and try their best to make their customers happy.
Stopped here on a road trip with our kids had great food and great service
Had a terrible experience at this pizza hut. Waited over a half an hour to pick up a meal that was ready and sitting behind the counter when I arrived. The cashier left after ringing me out and never returned to hand me my food. Other staff came out to help me after being unattended and we're rude. The food was burned and subpar.
We eat at Pizza Hut about once a month because that's when we go out to eat we are both on disability so we can we go out once and we love their Pizza we order the same thing every time once in awhile my grandson will have spaghetti and meatballs and we wind up taking a 3/4 of it home because he just cannot eat as much as they giving but the food is outstanding
PIZZZA hut needs some new idea. i had to order three times to get it right
