This is a great library! I use to go to the Elkton Branch before I knew it was so close to me. The people who work there are lovely and ALWAYS willing to help in any way possbile and I am a avid library user.
The toddler programs/events here are terrible. The children arent allowed to touch toys in the room because they are for other events... yet the toys are age appropriate for 2and 3yr olds. the abc come play with me class is a joke. No music, only finger games and books read to them. Nothing that engages them or keeps their attention. On top of that they arent encouraged to get up and move and get their wiggles out. Its more of a "sit quietly amd listen" type class. Which i think is ridiculous for a toddler class. I habe yet to find a cecil county library that has a good toddler program, but this one was the worst. We will not be back.
