My husband wanted to start a new policy but it was added to the existing full coverage account. Jose didn't want to acknowledge he set it up wrong and had the policy come out of the wrong account. Which caused over draft charges. He was rude. Called me a racist. Which I am far from it. I was so offended by this. I have been with this office for years but if they have agents talk to customers that way it is time to find a new insurance company. Jose also basically called me a liar and I didn't know what I was talking about.

He was very knowledgeable, confident, and cordial, making sound recommendations and actually saving us money on our premium. Jose graciously addressed all of our concerns to the point of staying beyond his work day. This office has always been very responsive and attentive to our family, and I would definitely recommend it for any insurance need!
I had my car blow up on me last weekend, so I did a little research on a new vehicle and Krystal was gracious enough to take the time for me to roll off five different Vin numbers so that I could find the most affordable and educated purchase. Honestly one of the most friendly experiences I've ever had. When I bought my car last night their office was closed so I had to call their 24 hour line to get insurance switched over. That went well, and then Krystal called me this morning to make sure I got every single discount possible! Seriously, who else could say that their insurance company called them the day after a purchase to ensure you save money? Switching over the insurance was extremely easy, I couldn't be happier! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Krystal! Highly recommend this location!!!
