Wanted to purchase microwave, after asking twice for assistance I finally left. Happens way to much& my microwave quit working so I am quite unhappy with Lowes
SUPER!!!!! Two vise grip pliers at $10 less than I saw at your biggest competitor, and $15 less for your reciprocating saw, and GREAT help from your plentiful number of clerks in the aisles. We WILL be loyal.
One of the best home improvement stores around. Much better than Home Depot.
Ordered extirere doors. Had nothing but problems. I had to call several times once doors where in to ask if installers had been notified, they we're not.
This review is solely for based on the managers in the store or general manager of the store. The employees are nice however there have been mutiple occasions where I leverage the website to find an item and the item is nowhere to be see . I mean the entire aisle is off not a section.... I'd find items in completely different aisles or not at all. And that happened three times last night alone. I wish they could keep things current. There was a time I even asked an employee for help locating an item and he said well it says it's in stock and in this aisle but I don't see it anywhere.
Doors looked great but wasn't worth the hassle of having to call all the time.
The aisles being incorrect online and in store does not help customers or employees and not fair to either party
