Went in for a hair cut and only had a few min wait, everyone was friendly and greeted me the moment I walked in, the mascots had caught my eye and I figured why not, Wendy W did a very good job. Would recommend and will come back.
Every single time I come here they mess up my hair in some way. This time some lady messed up my side burns, last time some other lady messed up my hair line. I'm done hoping the next time I go in they'll do a better job because it will never happen. You've officially lost me as a customer
Jessica cut my hair and I loved it. I was greeted with a smile and thought it was a great price.
Waited while one staff had a cigarette break and another staff member finished up a haircut. Neither one said a word to me,,,talked to each other instead.They both totally ignored me and I was the only person waiting. I finally left without getting a haircut. Went to Holiday Hair instead and got a nice cut, the staff was friendly. Would not recommend Great Clips in North East, Md.
