The woman that helped me was amazing. Even though i didnt have what i needed to get some help, she did her best and still helped me resolve my issue.
A young woman who I think her name was Hale was amazing; very intelligent and with plenty of product knowledge. She was extremely helpful and patient with my problem with my IPhone 6+ after the latest update. I would definitely never go to any other AT&T store after my experience with her. I highly recommend her for a great customer service experience! 5 stars or more if I could!
Too local... Too small... Untrained staff and one that wants to sell you stuff you dont need!
