The front desk older woman is extremely rude and snooty. She should not be in a customer based business, especially when dealing with patients. Otherwise, the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Not a long wait time. They also always get me in pretty quickly for a last minute appointment.
I LOVE this office!!! Everyone takes excellent care of my family. They take the time to explain everything,get you in as soon as possible,& are very friendly & helpful. Wonderful facility that cares about your health.
I called this office to get some information and was treated very rudely. The front desk person should really be trained in customer service. I will certainly not be a patient there based on that experience.
