Talk to the manager you say.... I have til I'm blue in the face.... It's sad because this McDonald's is 1 block from my home..... Oh well.. live and learn.
I don't know what they are doing but they are doing it right. Fast service friendly staff and clean spacious eating area and restrooms. I'm not a fan of fast food but I wouldn't mind coming back here. Keep up the good work you guys are amazing !!!!
I just stop by and my order was all mixed up. There was no fries in the bag. I catch that b4 I came out the store. But while we were on our way. My husband realize that, he got chicken nuggets instead of chicken sandwich. Away from that the cashier was welcoming.
Long wait times and incorrect orders are a constant issue. Good example of more staff doesn't equal faster service. At least 10 people working behind the counter avoiding work.
I'll no longer come to North East McDonald's.... Tired of the attitude from the staff that's there... The young lady was waiting on me and walked off putting my order together saying she's clocking out because she's hungry. She then comes back yells at the manager , puts my food on a tray and sling's it accross the counter, saying their you go. The behavior of the employees there is awful... I'd rather drive 7 miles to the next town and get excellent service and better food, with being respectful to them as a restaurant as well as being a respected guest....
McDonald's of North East has very nice, helpful people, but there is always a line because they don't make the food quickly, imo.
